A new year....and a new start....
Ok, so another year has passed and I am busy trying to reclaim my house and reevaluate my life. As with every year the goal is to get skinny.........or at least make an attempt at getting healthy. As you all know I have joined WW and am currently 4 and 1/2 lbs lighter than I was one week ago. Yea! I also have done two work outs.......which I know isn't much but is huge for me. My biggest resolution is to learn how to like to sweat.
I appreciate all the support and words of encouragement from you all. And I'm sure I'll be more and more obnoxious as the weeks go on so please bear with me. If I talk to much about it please just grumble amongst yourselves, because I don't want to hear it. :)
My goal is to work out 3 times this week and as long as the numbers are falling rather than rising (ugh) I will be happy.
